This weekend I went out one night to catch some flames from a few handguns. But the sunset was great due to all the dust floating in the air from the wind that day. It made form some awesome orange and yellow colors. This is an HDR shot to allow for more of the colors to show. Then the moon started rising so I started taking pictures at various settings trying to get it right. I did not have the correct lens for this since I did not know it would happen. I made due with what I had. And here is the real reason I headed out... This is a 460 Smith and Wesson Mag its a very big caliber revolver and can be accurate out to 200 yards. It also shoots giant fireballs from the extra powder burning outside the barrel... This is my newest pistol. Its a 22TCM. Basically its a short 223 in a 1911 platform. Super fast very accurate and little to no recoil. There are a few other things I want to try with the flames. I just have to find the time and figure out how exactly it will work.
